Our products are 100% Natural, and keeping that integrity comes with many challenges. We want to give our customers the best quality and consistency possible whether you buy our product at a farmers market, retail store, or have it shipped to you. The challenges with shipping involve drastic changes in temperature which can compromise the consistency of our whipped tallow balm. If your whipped balm arrives and it looks either oily or has hardened, it is still 100% able to be used and the quality has, in no way, diminished. You may either whip it back using a small mixer, you may use a small utensil such as a toothpick or q-tip to regain its consistency, or, and what we recommend, use as is, as the product has not lost any ability to moisturize, firm, or nourish your skin. We are always working and researching new methods of fine tuning every aspect of our business and we appreciate you being with us every step of the way.

Take only a pea size amount, spread it gently over clean, washed skin. If your skin still feels greasy or oily after 15-20 minutes, wash clean and re-apply a smaller amount.
